Rosewood is able to create and execute a customized value-add plan for each of it’s investment opportunities. For one of its funds, Rosewood acquired a beautiful monastery complex in the heart of Maastricht, partly in use as senior living residence. A complete optimisation, transformation and (re)development has been taking place to create a top tier inner city senior living landscape consisting of approx. 350 apartments and spacious amenities such as wellness and restaurants.
Project Den bosch
We created a new development of 36 PG-care units in Den Bosch. Together with the care-operator, Rosewood has developed a building that serves as a psycho-geriatric care centre.
For two of our partners, we have acquired a (vacant) office building to transform it into a sustainable residential building with approximately 130 modern apartments. Optimization followed from research and negotiation, which gave us the opportunity to renew the building completely. A great and successful project in which we added value to its direct surroundings and also could develop 135 new apartments.
Rosewood acquired part of the Rijnstate Hospital in Zevenaar in a partly sale-and-lease-back construction. During the remaining lease period, the planning of the redevelopment will be done. So it wil transform into a first-line care hotel with 58 units. Also on the parking lot of the hospital, Rosewood will realise a new building with 48 assisted living apartments as well as 30 psycho-geriatric residencies.

From our social responsibility we have reinvested in a beautiful monastery in Velp. This monastery was in discussion with the bank about finances. Rosewood has taken over the position of the bank, allowing the care institution to continue to provide good health care.
For one of its funds, Rosewood has acquired and optimised the transformed residential building next to the central train station of Almere. It is operated by a strong partner and it serves as a short-stay residency.
