From our social responsibility we have reinvested in a beautiful monastery in Velp. This monastery was in discussion with the bank about finances. Rosewood has taken over the position of the bank, allowing the care institution to continue to provide good health care.

WEESP

For two of our partners, we purchased a vacant office building with the aim of transforming it into a sustainable residential building with approximately 130 modern apartments. Careful research and negotiations allowed us to completely renovate and optimize the building. This project was not only successful in adding value to the immediate environment, but also resulted in the development of 135 new apartments.

Rosewood is able to create and execute a customized value enhancement plan for each of its investment opportunities. One such success story involves the acquisition of a beautiful monastery complex in the heart of Maastricht, partly used as senior housing. A complete optimization, transformation and (re)development took place to create a top inner-city senior living landscape consisting of approximately 350 apartments and spacious facilities such as wellness and restaurants.
